Mama + Mini Yoga Flow
Join us in our Mama + Mini Yoga Flow. This series is designed to give you and your little one a consistent routine, a chance to bond, and an opportunity to connect with other families in the community.
Classes are playful, supportive, and focused on gentle movement to help moms regain strength, improve mobility, and feel good in their bodies—all while babies are part of the fun.
Prenatal Movement Series
Our Prenatal Movement Program is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident as your body changes during pregnancy.
Safe, guided movement designed with your pelvic floor and core in mind, with education to improve posture, reduce aches, and prepare your body for birth. Perfect for any stage of pregnancy, whether you’re looking to stay active, connect with your body, or ease common discomforts.
Postnatal Pilates & Yoga -
Restore Your Core
Our Post-natal Pilates and yoga classes are designed to help you safely rebuild strength, stability, and confidence after birth. With a focus on your core and pelvic floor, you’ll learn gentle, effective movements to support posture, reduce pain, and ease your transition back into exercise.

Midlife Movement
Feeling the shift of perimenopause or menopause and want a plan that meets you where you are? Midlife Movement is a once-weekly small-group class focused on strength, mobility, balance, and pelvic-floor-friendly core work—so you build resilience without burning out.
Why strength now?
Women lose roughly 3–8% of muscle per decade after 30, and the decline speeds up around menopause. Strength training helps preserve and rebuild lean mass, supporting metabolism, joints, and daily energy.
Consistent resistance exercise is linked with improved bone density (~1–3% at spine/hip over time)—key for fracture prevention in the post-menopausal years.
Bonus wins: better balance, fewer aches, steadier mood/sleep, and more confidence doing life things (stairs, groceries, grandkid wrangling).

Strong Foundations Pilates
Build strength from the inside out with this full-body Pilates-based class designed to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor while improving overall strength, stability, and movement confidence.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Strong Foundations focuses on developing a strong base through mindful movement, functional strengthening, and core integration. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to refine your technique, modifications and progressions will be provided to help you work at the level that feels right for you.
