Hi, I'm Carolin, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Women's mental well-being is something I care deeply about, both personally and professionally. I'm especially passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed by new roles or feel misunderstood in their relationships. My areas of focus include, among others: reducing anxiety, improving energy and sleep, navigating identity shifts, recovering from trauma, building a more compassionate and accepting relationship with oneself, and setting healthier boundaries that align with one's needs.
In my work, I take a strength-oriented, collaborative approach - helping individuals reconnect with their inner resources to feel more empowered, connected, and at home with who they are. I also place strong emphasis on the mind-body connection, since I believe that true healing happens when we acknowledge and care for both our emotional and physical experiences.
My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work toward helping you grow, heal, and reconnect with what matters to you most.
I'm originally from Germany, where I completed my education and professional foundation in Clinical Psychology. Love brought me to Canada, and I'm pleased to offer psychotherapy services both in English and German to adults navigating life’s challenges. Outside the therapy room, you'll most likely find me in nature - hiking in the forest, backcountry camping, or simply rolling down hills in the park with my son.
