Hi, I’m Camille!

I started practicing yoga during nursing school days in 2004 and discovered my love for yoga since. I practice all styles including hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, power, yin, and restorative. Variety is key!

I pursued my passion and completed 200 YTT in Igita yoga (Oakville) and BeYoga (Burlington) and have been teaching in both regular and hot rooms for the several years.

Over the years, yoga has been a key aspect of my everyday life, including breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Yoga starts with asanas, and from there comes a better understanding of the mind-body connection, and harnessing the breath as a tool for healing the body from the inside out.
