Camille started practicing yoga during her nursing school days in 2004 and discovered her love for yoga since. She practices all styles including hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, power, yin, and restorative. Variety is key!
She pursued her passion and completed 200 YTT in Igita yoga (Oakville) and BeYoga (Burlington) and has been teaching in both regular and hot rooms in the last year.
Over the years, yoga has been a key aspect of her everyday life, including breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Yoga starts with asanas, and from there comes a better understanding of the mind-body connection, and harnessing the breath as a tool for healing the body from the inside out.
