Hi, I’m Penny!
Massage isn’t just a profession for me it’s part of my heritage and lived experience. I grew up in a family where massage was a natural way of caring. But it was when I became a mother that I truly felt its power. Gently massaging my child, calming his cries, easing his pain, I saw how simple touch could heal without words.
This deepened my curiosity: What if this instinctive care could be combined with clinical knowledge?
At triOS College, I trained in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based practice. It all clicked my roots, my experience as a mother, and my clinical education came together to shape the therapist I am today.
My Approach
No two bodies are the same and no two people carry the same story. that’s why every massage I offer is tailored to the individuals need. I take the time to listen, understand your needs, and adjust my approach so you feel safe and truly supported. whether you’re here for pain relief, relaxation, or recovery, my goal is always to help you feel better in your body, and in yourself.
Combining intuition with scientific knowledge, I provide personalized, therapeutic care designed to meet each client’s individual needs. I support those dealing with chronic pain, stress, postural challenges, pregnancy and postpartum changes, as well as injury recovery, including motor vehicle accidents. My treatments draw from a range of techniques such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and therapeutic self-care exercises.
Massage may be ancient but healing through touch is timeless.
