Hi, I’m Noor!
I discovered Pilates about four years ago through my gym, where I started incorporating it alongside strength training. I quickly fell in love with how it helped me move more intentionally, improve my form, and feel stronger in my workouts overall. What started as something to support my training turned into a deeper appreciation for the mind-body connection, and I knew I wanted to share that with others. I’m now a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, and my classes focus on building strength, improving alignment, and helping you feel more connected to your body through breath and mindful movement. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, tune in, and move with purpose.
