I have 20 years combined experience in corporate healthcare and psychotherapy, bringing a depth of professionalism and compassion to my clients. I am also a mom, learning along the way. 

True wellness starts from within, and in the words of Carl Jung, "We are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become." My goal is to remove stigma and improve uptake of mental health services. If we could only start thinking about psychotherapy as fitness for our minds, more people might access it as a way to grow, reconnect with our strengths, and build resilience. 

I tailor specific modalities to the needs of my clients, ranging from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, narrative, and mindfulness practices delivered through a psychodynamic lens. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how unresolved conflicts and experiences from the past, particularly childhood, continue to influence present-day struggles.
