A small device, real relief.
A pessary is a small, soft, medical-grade silicone device inserted into the vagina to gently support your pelvic organs — reducing prolapse, pressure, heaviness and leaking.
Pessaries come in many shapes and sizes. Fitted well, many women forget they're wearing one.

Some women prefer to manage their pessary independently; others prefer regular check-ins in clinic. Both are completely normal.
Properly fitted, you shouldn't feel it.
A well-fitted pessary should not cause pain or discomfort. Most patients notice:
- Immediate relief from pressure or heaviness
- More comfort during activity
- Greater confidence with movement and exercise
Many women tell us they forget they're wearing it.
We stay with you after your fitting.
A follow-up appointment makes sure your pessary keeps fitting well and supporting your symptoms. Follow-ups may include:
- Checking the fit
- Ensuring vaginal tissue health
- Reviewing removal and cleaning
- Adjusting size or style if needed
In some cases, your healthcare provider may recommend vaginal estrogen to support healthy tissue.
