Hi, I’m Erin!
I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, after earning my Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences with a specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University.
My journey into pelvic health began as a patient myself. Experiencing how empowering evidence-based, compassionate care could be completely changed how I understood women’s health, and inspired me to pursue this work. Through clinical experiences in oncology, neurological rehabilitation, chronic pelvic pain, transition-related surgeries, and private practice - I’ve seen how pelvic physiotherapy can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I’ve also completed additional training in pregnancy, incontinence, pelvic pain, and oncology to help support a wide range of patients.
In my practice, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I take a collaborative approach, working as a team to build a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle so you can feel confident and strong in your body.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me walking my chocolate lab, tending to my (many!) indoor plants, or staying active with friends with field hockey, hiking, biking or pilates!
